It's 3.45am now and I still can't sleep. It seems like my sleep patterns became more chaotic lately. I usually go to bed at 1.00am during weekdays, and it takes me over an hour to fall asleep. It gets worse over the weekend, like just now, I went to bed at 2.30am. And after another 4 chapter of Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban, I'm still wide awake like Hedwig the Owl. I don't want to continue my reading because I might just finished the whole book by 6.00am. Since I don't have any reading material to 'help' me fall asleep for the next 2 days, I have to spare that last 10 chapters for tommorow then.
Monyet will wake me up at 6.00am every morning for his early breakfast. He will jump on my bed, meowing and howling right in my ear until I wake up. Who needs an alarm clock when you have a 'multi purpose' living creature right? Man, my Monyet can be as good as my mom.
Sometimes I will wake up with a headache which I hate to start the day like that. I told my husband about my sleeping disorder.
"You know what, maybe it has something to do with my interest in cats, vampire and Heroes. Beb, I have an ability to stay awake at night without being sleepy the next day! I'm going to call it Emphatic Insomniac or maybe Insomnikinesis. I know I'm special beb..."
"Ha ah la dear, or maybe you have something kind of like a multiple Pontianak genetic cells in your blood, it mutate slowly until you become a complete disillusional 'Pontianak Gila Suka Berangan'. Ahh haaa you will have a Split Personality Disorder then...."
High level of Sarcasm-that's why I marry him. Heh .My true nemesis.
So, here I am, still wide awake. It's already 4.15am now. I'm going back to bed in a while. Hopefully I can fall asleep right away. Who knows I might generate some extraordinary genetic cells tonight...hmmm ability to be invisible seems kinda cool too.... ;))
